NC Preparedness Coordinators Course

The training modules listed below focus on the role of preparedness coordinators in North Carolina's local health departments. This Web page is intended for other public health professionals who are interested in learning more about the roles and responsibilities of the preparedness coordinator.

The modules are part of an online course for preparedness coordinators that includes activities and online discussion with colleagues. They were developed in 2008 by NC Public Health Regional Surveillance Team (PHRST) nurse epidemiologists in collaboration with the North Carolina Center for Public Health Preparedness.

If you are a local preparedness coordinator who would like to register for the online course, please contact Susan Sullivan in PHRST 4 at susan.sullivan@co.wake.nc.us.
